March Course 3, Gum Paste and Fondant

March Wilton Cake Decorating Class, Gum Paste and Fondant, Course 3; Thurs. 3/7, 14, 21, 28, 6-8 p.m; sign up at Michaels in the Staples Plaza, Williston Rd, S. Burlington, VT at least 24 hours in advance of class. Learn to make a large bow, calla lily, carnation, daisy, mum and rose along with covering a cake board and cake in fondant. Prerequisite: Wilton Course 1, Decorating Basics, or prior cake decorating experience. (Class subject to cancellation if minimum number of students is not met)
