February Gum Paste and Fondant Class

Feb. Gum Paste & Fondant class; Mon. 2/7, 14, 21, 28, 6 to 8 p.m; Regular Registration $45; 50% off Feb. Special - $22.50 Registration; sign up at Michaels in the Staples Plaza, Williston Rd, S. Burlington, VT at least 24 hours in advance of class; class subject to cancellation if min. number of students is not met.  (Prior decorating experience or Decorating Basics class is a prerequisite for this class.)

January Project Class

Tall Cakes Project Class, Sunday, 1/23/11, 1-4 p.m.  Students will bring a 2-layer 10" and 2-layer 6" iced cake and will assemble and decorate in the style of their choice.  Stacking methods will be taught, straight stacking and stacking on the plate and pillar system.  One 3-hr. class, $20 registration, supplies extra.  Prior decorating experience or Decorating Basics class a prerequisite.  Sign up at least 24 hours in advance of class.  Class subject to cancellation if min. number of students is not met.  (Supply sheet handed to students at registration.)
